Profiling beds: Although, they often go by many names, which is confusing. Sometimes they are hospital beds, care home beds, adjustable beds, electric beds, mobility beds.
However, the core description and benefits are similar. A profiling bed or any of the above are means to assist in repositioning of a resident through aiding a carer or by motors that manipulate the frame of the bed to change the position of the resident.
