What makes a care home outstanding?
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They inspect and rate care homes on a scale of Outstanding, Good, Requires Improvement, and Inadequate. The CQC ratings can have an impactful effect on whether someone chooses one care facility over another.
