  • Integrating environmental management into our business and decision-making processes, regularly monitoring and auditing our environmental policies and practice, and employing continual improvement measures;
  • Designing, producing and distributing products in a safe and environmentally protective manner;
  • Communicating our environmental requirements to Suppliers, Contractors and Vendors and encouraging them to act in accordance with our environmental standards;
  • Ensuring all employees understand and are responsible for incorporating environmental considerations into daily business activities

In particular Renray will continue to:

  • Minimise waste by reduced consumption through the development of effective waste management and recycling procedures;
  • Review our transportation and distribution practices to obtain greater efficiencies and minimise environmental impacts;
  • Employ responsible energy management practices resulting in reduced consumption and the encouragement of energy efficiency throughout our operations;
  • Avoid unnecessary use of hazardous materials and processes, and take all reasonable steps to prevent damage to either public or ecological health where such materials are in essential use;
  • Develop & implement environmental management systems, in line with ISO 14001


SHEQ POLICY STATEMENT

Renray Healthcare recognises that Safety, Health, the Environment and Quality (SHEQ) is an integral part of its business performance. It is committed to achieving a high level of performance with compliance to legal and other requirements as a minimum goal. It is committed to continual improvements that meet changing business and statutory requirements.

The objective of the organisation is to consistently and completely achieve customer satisfaction in its products, services and information, and from this ensure a profitable business.

To achieve this Renray Healthcare have implemented and documented a SHEQ Management System that conforms to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001, BS OHSAS 18001 and BS EN ISO 14001.

The organisation is committed to a philosophy of continual improvement, to ‘providing furniture solutions to the healthcare market', focusing on prevention rather than detection and the principle of ‘Right First Time' (RFT).


Health and Safety, Environment and Quality is everyone's responsibility, it is the responsibility of all employees to apply the principles of this SHEQ Policy.

It is the objective of Renray Healthcare to constantly improve its SHEQ performance and efficiency, to minimise risks to employee health & safety, to prevent pollution within the environment and to provide high quality products to our customers.

Our internal and external performance is monitored and appraised through audits and management reviews.
