Renray's commitment to our customers and Coronavirus guidance

CoronavirusRenray Healthcare delivers and installs furniture, medical equipment and services to Care Homes, Acute Hospitals, Mental Health Units and Housing Associations every day.

Protecting you, your residents, patients and staff from exposure or contamination from Renray deliveries is our utmost priority.

Due to the increasing spread of the Coronavirus outbreak, we would like to reassure all our customers that we are proactively using Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour (HPV) decontamination system in all our Heavy Goods Vehicles prior to delivery of your goods, to eliminate the virus or any potential contaminant.

HPV decontamination, known as ‘fogging’, is a method of decontamination used in healthcare facilities due to its rapid, flexible and residue-free nature. HPV has extensive, proven, biological efficacy against a wide range of environmentally associated pathogens. Hydrogen peroxide vapour provides 100% elimination of potentially harmful microorganisms.

In addition we have implemented refresher training for all our staff, especially drivers, fitters and installers. Our staff are already trained in removing contaminated products such as beds and mattresses safely from homes and hospitals, but a refresher course and an understanding of the fogging procedure has been provided by Renray clinical staff. Providing clear infection control procedures and enforced adherence to the protocols provided to ensure NO cross contamination whilst complying with DoH and Public Health England guidelines for all concerned.

Renray Healthcare are minimizing the risk while delivering, room placing and installing furniture and furnishings, pressure area care products and beds.

Ensuring continuous trade, in a safe and virus free environment.

If you have any concerns around delivery or supply, please contact customer service on 01606 593456 who will help you or email info@renrayhealthcare.com
